Delightful Occasions has been around since 2001, starting out as a Christmas Theming Company we have evolved over the past almost 10 years into a very well respected wedding planning and decor company.

When you hire a wedding ceremony set up from Delightful Occasions, you don't get casuals who are hired for the day, you will get seasoned professionals creating an articulate work of art.

Each wedding and couple is unique, and that is our strong point....being able to connect with a couple, working out what their wedding day dream is and turning it into a reality. This is what makes this job so special for us.

Time and time again we are hired not just to create invitations, we consult a couple through the entire journey, and its just the opposite of what you may think "We just cant afford that", Most times, we are happy to say we can save brides and grooms hundreds of Dollars!

So not only do you get a personalized wedding planner who will take the hassle and stress out of planning your wedding, you will save money at the same time, we know the tricks of this trade, let us use our knowledge and experience and show you how useful our expertise can be!

At the end of the day, its your wedding and you are the boss and we understand this, whatever you may what, no matter how small it is, our job is to make it a reality, and most of the time we do!

How we Work

Decorating Service

We have a great range of vases, crystal and floral pieces, working together through appointments and brainstorming sessions, we put forward a quotation of suitable decorating idea's to suit your theme and budget, once you have decided that Delightful Occasions will be decorating your event, We require a $100 deposit with the balance due 1 month before the event

We liase with the venue manager on your behalf in regards to access times and decorating options, we also take care of pack down times, leaving you  the only responsibility of  enjoying your event.

Changes to your contract - Changes can be made up until 1 month before the event.

Cakes

Make an appointment to see one of our consultants and discuss your vision and cake flavours, we can offre cake tastings on request, we have Chocolate, White Chocolate and Marble cake samples available for you. Our Cake flavors available are, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Marble, Strawberry Mud, Rasberry Mud, Rasberry and White chocolate Mud, spong, Fuit cake - Just to name a few.

Upon booking we will supply a sketch for you including toppers and etching, with Delivery on the event day.

Payments: 30% on booking, the balance due 1 month before the event.

Ceremonies

Delightul Occasions staff will set up your ceremony decor and be ready to greet guests 30 minutes before your ceremony begins, if you have booked us for co-ordination also, we will greet and seat the VIP guests, liase with the miniter or celebrant, play the music and meet the bridal party at the car.

We then wait 30 minutes after the ceremony as concluded and start pack down and leave your ceremony space as if we were never there, We have public liability insurance which is a must for any public or prvate property.

Invitations & Stationery

When you have decided that Delightful occasions are creating your invitations, you choose your colour design and size of your invitation we will give you an exact per invitation price.

Once you have decided exactly how many you need and your wording (see our wording suggestions) we will happily make up a sample and show you how your delightful invitations will look.

After you have danced around the house, jumped up and down over how great your invitations look and send us the Ok, we will print your invitations with your guests names indiviadually or we can leave them blank for you to fill in – your choice!

It’s that simple!

Oh No! you have forgotten somone? No need to panic, we can print extra’s at any time. We care for all of our clients and keep your invitation designs on file for 6 months or longer if needed. Just in case
